Hope so, but I suspect the idea to not just to mitigate our emissions but make us pay dearly for them, and a solution like Mootral won't fit in that picture. Of interest too, is the apparent conversion of Rodney Hide to the green/left CO2 is a pollutant cause. Didn't Rodney once declare that the whole thing was nonsense ? Mootral may well work.
